When not treating patients, Dr. Mike enjoys tennis, running, skiing, volunteering, growing fresh vegetables in his garden, and studying the Bible. Giving back to the community is also very important to Dr. Mike; he is on the board of Greensboro Urban Ministry, routinely participates in NC Dental Society’s Missions of Mercy (NCMOM) to provide free dental services to the impoverished in the Greensboro area, and volunteers with the Out of the Garden project to provide fresh food to Guilford County students. In addition, Dr. Mike sponsors and participates in many other local charities and charitable events to help enrich the lives of others in our community. Dr. Mike and his wife Emily Mango have made many significant charitable donations, event sponsorships and volunteer hours supporting local organizations.
Dr. Mike Mango is married to Emily Mango and they collectively have three children: Ike, Ava and Christian. The Mango family regularly attends Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Greensboro.
Dr. Charles W. Langdon, DDS
Dr. Charles Langdon began practicing dentistry in Greensboro in 1970. Dr. Langdon is a graduate from the UNC School of Dentistry and served in the US Air Force prior to opening his dental practice in Greensboro. His mission has always been to provide the highest quality of dentistry using the latest advances in technology. He is an active member of the Greensboro Rotary and a lifetime member of the American Dental Association and Crown Council.
Dr. Langdon is married to Sandy and has two children and five grandchildren. He enjoys fishing, traveling, and babysitting his sweet grandkids.
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Dorrette joined Drs. Mango & Langdon in early 2018 as a part-time associate dentist who works at our office on Thursdays. It didn’t take our doctors and our patients long to realize that Dr. Dorrette is a gem; she is a highly competent and detail-oriented dentist, she has a wonderful personality, and she’s a definitely a keeper! Dr. Dorrette has already received huge votes of confidence from some of our existing patients. On one of her first days at our office, Dr. Dorrette performed an advanced dental procedure on one of our elderly patients, even staying after hours with the patient to finish up and to ensure that her patient received Class A treatment and care. Dr. Dorrette is adored by her patients for her gentle manner, beaming smile, cheerful laughter, and competitive attitude–especially when it comes to sports.
Dr. Dorrette is a graduate of the UNC School of Dentistry’s Class of 2008. Prior to attending dental school, she completed her undergraduate degree from Duke University. While at Duke, Dr. Dorrette majored in Biology, double minored in Chemistry and Spanish, and captained the Blue Devils’ varsity volleyball team. After college she played professional volleyball in Turkey before returning to the states to pursue her dental career.
Dr. Dorrette belongs to the N.C. Dental Society, American Dental Association, Old North State Dental Society, and Greensboro Medical Society. She recently completed her first advanced continuing education class at the prestigious Spear Institute in Scottsdale, AZ where Dr. Mike also does his advanced continuing education courses.
In addition to her professional association memberships, she’s involved with a number of civic organizations. She is a member of Kings Park International Church, a translator for King’s Kids Children’s Ministry and a volunteer with the N.C. Missions of Mercy Dental Clinic and the YMCA. Dr. Dorrette is married to Dr. Wesley Ibazebo, who is a physiatrist and interventional spine specialist with Murphy Wainer Orthopedic Specialists in Greensboro NC. They have three children who are all very athletic.
Kaye – Front Office Administrator
Kaye has worked in the dental field for 33 years and has been with Drs. Mango & Langdon’s office for 22 years. She and her husband, Bill, have been married for 33 years. Together they have: two daughters, Kim & Jennifer; 3 grandchildren Bailey, Carter & Chase; and two puppies Shire & Willow. Kaye knows most of our patients by name and she looks forward to greeting each patient with a big smile and warm welcome each time they visit us.

Sue joined the Mango & Langdon dental office in June 1984. She studied computer programming at GTCC before finding her love of dental assisting. She was a dental assistant for the first 28 years of her dental career before transitioning into the administrative area of the dental office. Sue works very diligently helping our dental patients navigate the daunting and cumbersome world of dental insurance, a service that we are proud to offer as part of our commitment to providing the best possible comprehensive experience for our patients. Furthermore, Sue’s past experience as a dental assistant means that she is very knowledgeable about all aspects of our office and dental procedures, so she can confidently communicate with patients about what to expect and to answer their questions.
Sue and her husband, Mike, have been married for 28 years. They have three children Ashley, Jordan and Kristin. Outside of the dental office, Sue is an active volunteer, and she enjoys being involved with her church and growing in her love of Jesus.
“At present, I am learning to shift gears as our last child just finished high school and is beginning college. After spending 22 consecutive years with children in school and caring for ailing parents, I am beginning to learn how to relax in my down time.”
Lori has been a dental assistant for 20 years. She graduated from the dental assisting program at GTCC in 1998. She joined the practice in 2018 as a Front Office Administrator. Lori and her husband, Chad, have been married for 20 years. They have two children, Maddie and Ethan. Maddie is attending UNC-G and pursuing her nursing degree. Ethan is in middle school. Outside of the dental office, Lori enjoys spending time outside doing anything! Lori’s family is also involved in the local chapter of JDRF as her son is a type 1 diabetic.

Amy has been a dental assistant for about 9 years and she lives in Greensboro. “In 2013, I had the pleasure of joining Drs. Mango & Langdon. What I love most is that we are able to combine cutting edge technology with highly skilled doctors to create and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles.”
Allie joined Drs. Mango & Landgon in the summer of 2017 as a dental assistant. Her charismatic personality exudes positivity as she assists our patients with a vivacious smile, heartfelt warmth, and joyful laughter. She has been a dental assistant for a couple of years and has been a fabulous addition to our dental practice. The office recently had the pleasure of attending Allie’s gorgeous wedding to her new husband, Jesse. They have settled down in Asheboro. Allie enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Taylor is one of the newest members to Drs. Mango & Langdon’s dental office in Greensboro. She graduated from Piedmont Dental Assisting in 2015 and joined our office in 2018. Taylor resides in Siler City, NC with her two daughters, Haydin and Alayah. When Taylor isn’t at work, her passion is spending quality time with her daughters, who she loves dearly.

Registered Dental Hygienists
Lyndi has been a dental hygienist with Drs. Mango and Langdon’s dental office for over 26 years. She graduated as valedictorian of her dental hygiene class in 1990 from GTCC. Lyndi is part of the “secret-sauce” that makes our dental office so special. She’s a proud member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, the Central Carolina Dental Hygiene Society, Sigma Phi Alpha dental hygiene honor society, and many dental hygiene networking groups.
Being a mostly empty-nester to two grown children, Leanna and Luke, she and her husband, Greg, are now able to enjoy traveling. Lyndi also enjoys attending many out-of-state dental hygiene seminars with her fellow hygiene friends.
Marsha – Dental Hygienist
Marsha has been practicing dental hygiene for 32 years. Prior to joining Drs. Mango and Langdon’s dental office 12 years ago, Marsha worked as a hygienist in a periodontal office. Marsha’s patients rave about how thoroughly she cleans their teeth and how it feels like she gets into every nook and cranny.
Marsha and her husband, Billy, have two awesome children: Brandon 15, and Nicole 12. Their family also has two miniature dachshunds, Dottie and Sam, who are 9 years old. When not thoroughly cleaning teeth, Marsha enjoys spending time at the beach and relaxing at home.

Tammy has been a practicing as a Dental Hygienist for 31 years. She enjoys the social aspect of seeing patients just as much as providing high quality care. Away from work, Tammy reads and loves to spend time at the lake and the beach with family. She has been married to her husband, Terry, for 30 years and they have 2 grown children and 3 grand-dogs.
